What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by leading complex sales processes across the LATAM region.
- Build, manage, and optimize a strong sales pipeline focused on strategic accounts within the Sports Betting industry.
- Lead the planning, forecasting, and execution of all sales activities while developing long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with sportsbook operators, platforms, and industry leaders.
- Leverage AI-driven tools, automation, and data insights to improve sales efficiency, prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Utilize modern GTM approaches and AI-powered workflows to identify opportunities, analyze customer needs, and support scalable business growth.
- Negotiate commercial agreements while leveraging market insights and analytical data to support business decisions.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with partners, handling commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.
- Represent LSports at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across LATAM.
- Monitor emerging market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Trading, Marketing, and Customer Success to support business growth and customer needs.
- Act as a strategic business partner for clients while positioning LSports as a leading sports data provider in the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven Sales & GTM experience within the iGaming Industry.
- Required experience in the Sports Betting in the LATAM region.
- Proven ability to drive complex sales cycles and build long-term commercial relationships.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in Latin America, with a strong preference for Brazil. Willingness to travel.
- Strong understanding of sports betting terminology and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive “team player” with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate urgency, ownership, and same-day responsiveness.
